Full Journal pdf2014-03-03 House Journal Page 1747 HJR 15 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1745) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 15(RES) Supporting the introduction and enactment of federal legislation acknowledging that the federal government is financially responsible under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act for the remediation of contaminated land subject to conveyance under the Act. 2014-03-03 House Journal Page 1748 and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 15(RES) Supporting the introduction and enactment of federal legislation acknowledging that the federal government is financially responsible under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act for the remediation of contaminated land subject to conveyance under the Act; and urging the United States Department of the Interior to implement the six recommendations to identify and clean up the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act lands in its 1998 report to the United States Congress. (SCR 18 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 15(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 15(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 15(RES)?"
